Some responsibilities included: determining the Quality Initiative (QI) topic with the President, writing the QI proposal, preparing all campus constituents for the QI, updating the President and Cabinet, conducting training days and other QI events, selecting QI strategy leaders, creating all QI materials, managing 67 QI strategies, analyzing the respective year one and two results, writing the year one, two, and final reports, maintaining and disseminating all HLC QI correspondence.
