Dr. Fredebaugh is an Associate Professor at the Abraham S. Fischler College of Education & School of Criminal Justice. She teaches courses in early childhood special education (ages 3-5), and special education (K-12). She earned her PhD in teaching and learning (focused on early intervention), an MS in early childhood special education, an MA in special education from the University of the Virgin Islands, and a BA in elementary education from Rollins College. Her presentations, professional development workshops, and research focus on teaching and supporting young children with and without disabilities and their families. Before joining the Nova faculty, she taught second grade, kindergarten, and early childhood special education students in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
