Dr. Jessica Popham is a licensed marriage and family therapist with over nine years of clinical experience. While Dr. Popham has experience working with a wide range of clients and concerns, including trauma, self-esteem, identity development, human sexuality and gender, and parent management, her primary specialization supports adult individuals experiencing anxiety. Dr. Popham utilizes evidence-based approaches, including solution-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy, always framed through a systemic and relational lens. She is dedicated to creating a respectful and comfortable environment where clients feel supported in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life. Committed to holistic care, Dr. Popham integrates mindfulness and meditation into both her personal life and her therapeutic practice.
