About

Dr. Pantaleo is a seasoned clinician with over 20 years of experience providing systemic, strengths-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Certified Addiction Professional (CAP), and Certified Telehealth Professional (CTP), she brings a deeply integrative and client-centered approach to her clinical work. Dr. Pantaleo specializes in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and works extensively with clients navigating relational distress, life transitions, addiction recovery, and complex family dynamics. Her clinical philosophy emphasizes collaboration, resilience, and the belief that clients possess the resources necessary for meaningful change.

Throughout her career, she has developed and led numerous clinical training programs, including workshops and supervision models grounded in SFBT and Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation. Her commitment to clinical excellence extends beyond the therapy room through her work as a state-approved clinical supervisor, mentoring the next generation of marriage and family therapists and mental health counselors.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Pantaleo is an Assistant Professor and Program Director for the M.S. in Couple and Family Therapy program at Nova Southeastern University, where she teaches clinical and research courses in marriage and family therapy. She is also an editor for The Qualitative Report, where she supports rigorous qualitative research that informs clinical practice. Her professional contributions continue to shape the evolving landscape of relational therapy and clinical training.
