About
Dr. Quiñones has vast professional experience in the fields of teaching and educational administration in Basic Education in the public, municipal and private sectors, Higher Education, Accreditations, Administration, Strategic Planning, Instructional Design, Distance Education, Mentoring and Consulting. She has participated in more than 30 doctoral-level research with NSU as Director and Co-Investigator. She has been part of the governing bodies of important organizations such as the Board of Directors of the Virtual Educa Foundation, the Council for the Management of Human Resources of Puerto Rico, the Corporation for the Business Financing of Commerce and Communities (COFECC) and the Socio-Economic-Community Institute (INSEC). In addition, between 2015 and 2019 she was a member of the Puerto Rico Council of Education.
