Vanaja Nethi, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the Fischler College of Education at Nova Southeastern University and teaches mainly research courses at the doctoral level. She earned her Ph.D. in Education from Cornell University and has worked internationally in various capacities. Her research interests include online and blended instruction, STEM education, and transnational higher education, and her expertise is in qualitative and mixed methodology. She is the assistant editor of the Quarterly Review of Distance Education and served as a guest editor for the Transnational Social Review. She is also a reviewer and member of the editorial board for The Qualitative Report and has reviewed for the Florida Distance Learning Association Journal.
