Assistant Professor of Leadership, Early Childhood Education, and Special Education. Served as Dean of Faculty, Associate Dean of Faculty, and Department Chair at FCESCJ. Participated in advanced leadership training at the University of Dayton, The Ohio State University, Vanderbilt University, St. John's University, and the Center for Creative Leadership. Conference presentations at Oxford University, Cambridge University, Dublin City University, University of Bologna, University of Budapest, and the University of North Macedonia. Contributes to research and scholarship in educational leadership, ethics and social responsibility, and early childhood education.
