Research interests

Dr. Han currently holds the position of Professor at the Department of Oral Science and Translational Research, College of Dental Medicine, Nova Southeastern University. He obtained a D.M.D. and PhD in Oral Biology from BUGSDM, and Certificate of Periodontics from NSU CDM. He conducted his postdoctoral fellowship at the Forsyth Institute. His major research interests focus on the role of regulatory B cells in periodontal disease and TAM in oral cancer. He is a member of the IADR/AADOCR and AAP, Associate Editor for Frontiers Dental Medicine and PLUS One, and serves on NIH study sections.
