Abstract
Diversity has been defined to broadly include culture, ethnicity, race, gender, disability, sexual orientation, religion, language, and other observable and non-visible constructs related to individual identity (Nishii, 2013; Taff & Blash, 2017). These factors impact occupational therapy education and practice, considering the diverse nature of students, educators, clinicians, administrators, consumers, and communities.
