Abstract
A manuscript is often the most important scholarly output of a research endeavor in academia. This chapter presents an overview of the process of academic publishing, including manuscript submission, peer review, proofreading, and final publication. It is the ethical and professional responsibility of the authors to comply with the standards and requirements of each step.
