Abstract
There are a variety of models and efforts to treat PTSD in soldiers, first responders, and other individuals who often experience crisis situations. However, the families of those individuals often develop symptoms similar to PTSD in the form of secondary traumatization. During this roundtable, clinicians will gain an understanding of secondary trauma, learn more regarding effective treatment models and interventions, and gain a great awareness of current resources for family members of soldiers.
