Abstract
Employee attitudes and the inclusion of their opinions and suggestions are most important in today’s global and competitive work environment. In the American business environment, we are dealing with many different generations, each having diverse wants, needs, goals, and aspirations. The more that management knows about their employee’s feelings, the easier it is to manage their behavior to help them grow and the economy will prosper. Logic and research seems to agree that front- line employees are in the best position to assess the organization’s actions, problems, and proposed solutions. This paper presents a very practical approach to design, administer, conduct respondent feedback of results, and assist local management in helping to resolve issues and problems identified within a department or unit in most organizations based on a real world example.
