Abstract
Members of a technology integration learning community developed the TILC Framework based on components of the Assure Model to infuse technology into their distance learning courses across varying disciplines. This presentation provides an overview of how the TILC Framework was developed, implemented, and evaluated as well as the various technologies integrated using the TILC Framework. The presentation appeals to distance learning educators, instructional designers, and administrators in K-12 and higher education. The TILC Framework can also be applicable to blended and face-to-face classroom instruction. The most vital tenet of the TILC Framework involves collaboration among instructional designers, technology innovators, subject matter experts, and end-users who drive distance learning to excellence.
