Abstract

The Internet and Web 2.0 technologies have changed the face of education, business, and industry. We meet, deliberate, collaborate, build, converse, shop, play, and more in cyberspace. The move from paper to electronic publication, in some cases, is a change in medium. The rules for academic journal publication remain essentially the same as they had been 50 years ago.
