    Abstract

As the digital generation enters institutions of higher education, colleges and universities are attempting to attract students by integrating the use of mobile devices into the curriculum with some schools giving every incoming student an iPad. This presentation focuses on the design, implementation, and evaluation of an online Master's program where faculty and students were given iPads to compliment a new curriculum focused on full technology integration. Our team of four professors and a graduate student clearly charted new waters in collaboration and evaluation. We are creating a new model of evaluation that demands that we acknowledge our biases, be responsive to changes posed by the technology, collaborate on a regular basis, share roles and responsibilities, and understand that while we might be building the plane while flying it we are headed in the right direction.
