How We Did IPA and What We Learned Along the Way

Research output: Contribution to conferencePresentationpeer-review

Abstract

This presentation focuses on a critical reflection of how the presenters applied interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA) to the investigation of informal caregivers and their use of remote monitoring technologies to care for their loved ones. A description of the process used followed by a discussion of what worked, what didn’t work, and what improvements they would make will be provided. Also, presenters will share their ideas on how this qualitative research project has informed their qualitative research teaching practices.
