Abstract
In the absence of mobile equipment, access to dental services for nonambulatory people can be aided. A method of construction is described for both high-speed, air-water and high velocity evacuation. The extension device requires minimal maintenance and has not needed repairs. The extension devices also improved comfort of the dental staff.
