Abstract
Our focus is on aspiring leaders of tomorrow by providing knowledge of successful experiences from those who are responsible for initiating those changes. Senior level leaders will discuss and share initiatives and transitions frequently confronting and engaging future leaders of tomorrow in distance education. What are the definitions or qualities of leaders? We will discuss strategies and experiences of what makes distance teaching and learning leaders successful. We will also look at issues around integrity, knowledge, courage, decisiveness, and dependability. The intent is to help distance education leaders consider vision and scope in the future and define a framework of organizations leadership.
