Abstract
Psychometric testing includes general intellectual, neuropsychological, and cognitive testing, along with the projective and objective evaluation of personality disorders. Such testing is used in the analysis of all types of lethal violence in attempts to focus on factors which influence criminal behavior in individuals or to identify common characteristics which may help explain or predict their criminal behavior.
