Abstract
Personality and stress management styles of today’s business students are often assessed and discussed so that they can be and remain competitive in the workplace. Business educators in the MBA programs tend to teach learners to get their tasks done while trying to avoid severe amounts of stress in the work environment. To explore stress perceptions of MBA students in the United States, this paper analyzed the responses of 346 learners in the South Florida region. Using the t-test statistical analysis, the results of 136 male and 210 female respondents show that young MBAs tend to report significantly lower stress perception scores than the older respondents. For practical application, some of the common differences and stress management reflections are presented.
