Abstract
125I-Ang I binds in the subfornical organ, median eminence, and choroid plexus in the rat brain. The binding is not competed for by Ang II, losartan, or captopril, indicating that the binding site is a novel (non-Ang II, non-ACE) angiotensin binding site.
