Abstract

Dr. Alexandra Perez from Nova Southeastern University, spoke about a planned study comparing different levels of treatment intensification for clinical outcomes in patients with type 2 diabetes. The study proposes to use electronic health records from the University of Pittsburgh. There was substantial interest in the study design and definition of a new user cohort.
