Abstract

Join our interactive panel discussion as we present and discuss the results of a 15-year meta-analysis of school counseling outcome research. Participants will learn the research team’s steps to locate and analyze the studies and the effects of academic, career, and social-emotional interventions conducted by school counselors in the K-12 settings. The panel will discuss the implications of the research findings for professional counselors, counselor educators, and graduate students.
