Abstract
This chapter touches on a few therapeutic technological resources, such as emails, chats, text messages, and computer-assisted interventions. As technology progresses, the modes in which we conduct therapy sessions continue to change and modify with the population. As therapists, we adapt to our clients and utilize innovative modes of therapy. The chapter explores these forms of asynchronous and synchronous session formats providing guidelines for how to write and utilize emails, chats, and texts in a psychotherapist's practice. The chapter concludes by exploring possible ideas for what a therapist might write and post on their therapeutic website.
